Enquiry and confirmation
Submitting an enquiry is not a binding booking. The route, availability and total price are agreed first. A booking is confirmed when the required payment has been registered.
Payment schedule
A 30% deposit is due to confirm the booking, with the remaining amount due 30 days before the journey. Bookings made fewer than 30 days in advance are paid in full. Payments are made through a secure Stripe payment link.
Changes, cancellation and weather
Any applicable cancellation, refund, no-show, route-change and weather terms are supplied with the tailored offer before payment.
Third-party services
Your tailored offer states whether ferries, cruises, hotels and activities are included by Bergen Private Fjord Tours or contracted and paid directly with each supplier.
